| I want to MEGA thank you (Renee'-HR Manager) for hooking me up with Team Joe Williams and the relocation people before you left. Keller Williams was awesome. Forrest got sick and turned me over to his colleague Carol Cedato, and she was awesome. She took me out, got a vibe for what I did and didn't like and then compiled a list of houses which were all great. The paper work was done in time for me to have an actual Christmas with my family and then she got me the keys Monday so I could do a local rush move Monday and Tuesday in time to catch my New Years flight out to San Diego on Wednesday. So it was a life saver Seriously, thank you so much for setting that up. It saved me so much stomach acid, and actually allowed me to have a holiday. | ||

From the moment I met Forrest, I felt like I had a good friend selling our home, instead of a real estate agent. My wife and I were living in Kansas while Forrest represented our home in Austin. Forrest had a truly unique ability to alleviate our fears and concerns about selling our home in today's market. I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation to Keller Williams Realty and Forrest Higdon, Realtor. From day one when we first were introduced to Forrest, he proved that he was energetic and determined to sell our home. He decorated our house with catchy blurbs and a positive attitude that set things off! Though the sale of the home had many hardships with an uncooperative Buyer Agent, Forrest came through with the best deal for us in the end. He was quick at coming to our aid and settling any disputes that arose. I would genuinely recommend his assistance to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home. Thanks for everything! I am happy and I finally got the house in the area I have been wanting to get since I moved from Chicago! It was a roller coaster but I guess that's the fun part.... I will use y'all again in the future So, stop by and see the progress whenever.... Thanks again! |

Carol, Thanks again for putting me in touch with the A/C man. He returned my call quickly and will have my air conditioner fixed today. He is so much better than the company I dealt with earlier this week. The warranty companies cash payment option was definitely the way to go. You’ve gone beyond the normal duties of a realtor in helping me find a house and get settled, and I will heartily recommend you.
